ABOUT THE CLIENT

The Scarecrow Music Festival is a local Chappell Hill tradition loved by country fans around the world. After a few years off, the team at BirdDog stepped in to revive the festival and carry it forward. It’s not just as an event, but as a reason for people to come together around music, food, friendly competition, and community.

ABOUT THE DESIGN

The client wanted to refresh the festival branding while pointing back to BirdDog, the company that revived the event. The final design incorporated the head from BirdDog’s main logo connected with a music note within a guitar pick.

In addition to branding, I also had the privilege to help design the festival website and create graphics to use on social media. This fall, I will get to create an ad for Times Square on the NASDAQ!
